Hi, I'm James from Get Certified for Operational Excellence.
My colleagues and I created Get Certified for Operational Excellence in 2020. We are a group of Operational Excellence Masters, located around the globe, helping clients such as Saint-Gobain and Unilever.
We wanted to take our combined experience and create a way for everyone to learn this transformative approach. We recognise that people learn in different ways, so it was essential for us to include visual, audio, reading / writing, and kinesthetic aspects to our training.
As we believe so much in Operational Excellence, we wanted to make it accessible to everyone for free for a little while. That's why we decided to make this free course in Plan Do Check Act, one of the core tools in Operational Excellence.
